I have officially given up the purple shampoo!! To the blonde-haired community, that might sound outrageous, but I’m telling you it has been a GAME. CHANGER. Bye-bye purple shampoo, hello hair growth and volume and better health! Lately, I’ve noticed that my hair is thinning (thank you aging and stress) and all these years where I’ve neglected my scalp is coming back to bite me. 😬 Well I’ve ditched the purple shampoo and I’m giving my hair and scalp some extra love with this hair care trio!! After just one use, I noticed my hair gained so much volume and my scalp felt 10 times healthier!! It contains biotin, ginseng and essential vitamins to promote healthy scalp and hair growth. My hair is also SO freaking soft, less prone to tangles, and my ends are frizz-free. I then use these toning drops to keep my hair toned while not having to switch to a purple shampoo! I love that I’m now able to care for my hair the way it needs to be.
DRINK YOUR WATER. That’s what everyone says, and yet I have been neglecting it for SO LONG. I would seriously come home from a 9 hour work day and think “Omg, I didn’t drink one single ounce of water today.” 😱 That is not okay, ladies! When doing makeup, I always want to have a good foundation that won’t clog pores or dry out my skin. So I use this foundation and it seriously makes my skin look airbrushed and flawless! This brand is quickly becoming my favorite for all my base makeup products. I may have to do an entire post just on my favorites from them!
And now that I have a new pup, this LED travel mirror has been seriously SO convenient! It has three different light settings so you can always have perfect lighting, no matter where you are. I use this mirror to do my makeup in the morning at the kitchen table so I can watch my dog at the same time! (She also thinks I can play with her at the same time haha. Just call me super dog mom.) It’s also great for traveling and taking on the plane with you! I brought it with me to Michigan to get ready for NYE!
I have had my eyes on this curling wand set for yearrrsss and I finally took the plunge and ordered it. Honestly, I wish I had bought it sooner! It really is as good as everyone says, and my curls last for days! Instead of heat styling my hair everyday, I just do it once in between washes and it lasts the whole time.
